Educational Qualifications
Must possess any one of the following qualifications:
Technical High School Leaving Certificate (THSLC) with specialization in the relevant trade.
Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination. Along with this, one of the following should be present:
National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade.
Kerala Government Certificate in Engineering (KGCE).
Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate (VHSE) in the relevant trade.
