Job Purpose

The Customer Sales and Service Agent role is a key front-line position focused on providing exceptional client support. The successful candidate will handle enquiries, promote travel services, process reservations, and manage ticketing efficiently—ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in commercial sales, reservations, or ticketing.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong geographical knowledge and numerical skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
    • Experience with airline reservation systems and dnata Front Office system.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory). Knowledge of Arabic or other foreign languages is an advantage.
