Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle various accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth financial operations.
Main responsibilities include:
- Recording and reconciling banking transactions using Dolphin and facility management systems
- Monitoring and managing related party accounts (excluding GAC Dubai, GAC Marine, and HUB)
- Handling shipping refunds, IATA settlement funds, and post-dated cheque transactions
- Preparing monthly cash flow reports and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Generating treasury movement reports and analyzing customer payment patterns
- Monitoring foreign exchange movements and treasury-related financial activities
- Assisting with additional finance tasks such as Kam reports, leave cover duties, and other assigned responsibilities
