Key Responsibilities
The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing receivable processes and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Major responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate invoicing and monitoring billing system integrations
- Ensuring invoices are delivered to customers on time and without discrepancies
- Tracking unposted receipts and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution
- Reviewing bank guarantees from agents and customers to ensure compliance
- Monitoring IATA default agents and coordinating with GSA and RCSM teams for solutions
- Reconciling customer billing accounts with revenue ledgers
- Supporting month-end closing procedures and billing accruals
- Ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Assisting with internal and external audit requirements
- Supporting the tax team with billing and financial queries
- Working closely with accounts receivable, collections, and general ledger teams
