Home Guard Recruitment
Apply for the recruitment of male/female Home Guards in the Fire and Rescue Service in the district. Candidates should have passed SSLC/equivalent examination and be physically fit. In the absence of SSLC passers, 7th standard passers will also be considered.
Retired servicemen from military and paramilitary forces like Army, Navy, Air Force, BSF, CRPF, NSG, SSB, Assam Rifles and state services like Police, Excise, Forest, Jail, Fire and Rescue Services are recruited.
Age limit: 35 – 58 years. Preference will be given to younger candidates. Candidates working in any government service should not apply. There will be physical fitness tests of 100 meters run in 18 seconds and 3 km walk in 30 minutes.
